Trouble with the Bedrock Java pack

I checked and did not see it in my order history which is odd

As for the minecraft site when I go to the page that says "My games" I see that it says Minecraft: Bedrock edition. If thats the cross platform one it doesnt say but the only other 2 on the page are Java and Dungeons so again not entirely certain. All I am certain of it I remember buying bedrock edition on the microsoft store and currently play it on PC running it through the Windows App

Would you please just confirm that the Minecraft for Windows order is showing as completed on your Microsoft account order history?

And when you sign in on the Minecraft website, the Minecraft for Windows (not the Bedrock for other platforms) is showed as owned.

The Bedrock edition of Minecraft is sold only for each specific platform. So if you purchase the Xbox version, you cannot play it on the PC. The same applies for console and mobile, etc...

The bedrock and Java version texture packs can not be interchanged with each other. But it is possible that someone has made a fallout pack for Java, https://www.planetminecraft.com/resources/texture_packs/tag/fallout/.
