    So as I was just playing my xbox regularly, I received a message saying I was banned from voice chat, which didn't make sense because I never use voice chat and never sent threats or inappropriate massages. Now I am unable to interact with my friends for
    no apparent reason. I think my account was unjustified as some random people decided to report me. For which account that got banned was .

    Need help with suspension trouble.

    So I've recently gotten suspended from communicating and playing online games on my xbox account for two weeks, so I waited the two weeks and just took the punishment. But when the suspension supposedly ended, I quickly logged on to talk to my friends I
    haven't spoken to in a while and find I still can't send messages, talk or hear them. Although I could play online games now. So I went to enforcement.xbox.com and the website says I have no active suspension and that I'm all clear to talk. So after that I
    asked for assistance from an xbox employee and explained my situation, after about 10 mins of waiting. The employee tells me that my account is still suspended and if that wasn't enough, it was suspended for another 3 months! I quickly explained to them that
    the website told me my suspension ended on the 11th of june and it also told me I had no active suspensions. They refused to offer any assistance and basically screwed me over. Also all my accounts on my xbox seem to be communication banned too, so this doesn't
    just screw me over. It screws over my entire household.

    I'm afraid we aren't able to help out with Enforcement actions here on the forums. It sounds like your the Enforcement page wasn't updated with your current suspension but I would check back now. Any questions or concerns can be answered over on

    Shouldn't have trouble once the suspension has ended.

    That person said their suspension ended on the 13th June but the post was made on the 12th so that's probably why they were having trouble.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with party chat after your communication suspension. Communication suspension swill last until the same time they were originally placed on the account, if you're still having trouble talking with friends let us know.

    If you visit the Xbox Enforcement Team, there will be a highlight of the message you sent that got you in trouble, this will also come with information on how long your suspension is, how long of the suspension is left, etc
