    Trouble with screenshots


    Im having trouble sharing screenshots on my xbox one. When i try to share a shot it says 'Sorry we cant share this right now try again later' or it tells me that to share the shot i have to upload it to xbox live which i do, then when i try to share it
    again it tells me i have to upload it to xbox live again. Had this problem for about 4 days. I have removed my account and readded it but it still does nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Wow that is crazy. Definitely report it. I'm not sure I would even share that screenshot anywhere though. Could get yourself in trouble

    Well this is a odd one, Can you make sure that the PC can run it and try the link in the on your screenshot, they might be able to trouble shoot this error easier.

    Is that the only game you see any trouble in, when you try to download additional content? Would you be able to send a screenshot of the page you're on, that's freezing?

    Hey there Profane Rage.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble with screenshots. To check, what happens when you attempt to delete? It's possible you've reached a limit on storage for clips/screenshots and it may need you to clear up space.

    Have you possibly tried removing your profile from your Xbox One and adding it back to see if that helps?
