Trouble with redeeming the xbox live code

I paid for a 14 day trial xbox live code today.

I tried to redeem it on xbox and it said "invalid code" and then i tried redeeming it online.

At first it said:

LIVE 14-Day Trial (Xbox One Reserve inserts)
Prepaid code

Subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement and xbox.com/usagerules. There are no refunds.
But when I clicked "confirm" this is what appeared:
Something went wrong
Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

And even when i tried going to the link provided (xbox.com/errorhelp) I realised that the page doesn't even exist anymore.
So then i wanted to contact xbox support it didnt give me the option to enter my name and surname since it was greyed out. I added billing information to my account so I could enter my name, but even then it didnt work. I really don't know what to do (calling
xbox support with my phone isn't possible right now (i need to fix my phone)).
Can anyone help me, please?

cant redeem points code!!!

I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

It could be a few issues such as your internet connection or xbox live issues etc.

Try loading the code again on the computer after 20 minutes or more.

If a page doesn't come up and has a whoops error, just keep hitting refresh until it does. I get this all the time.

The most relevant solution for you is to check the Xbox Live service status. If there are any issues here,
try to redeem the prepaid code later
