    Trouble with redeem code that I got from getting Gears 4.


    I recently started playing the whole Gears series with a friend so we can play Gears 4 campaign together, he's never played the series before cause hes Sony pleb. So when I showed him the Gears games I have on my Xbox one, noticed Gears 2 wasn't downloaded,
    checked and wasn't in my ready to download list, and when I check the store, it told me I have to buy it for 19.99. Also checked the message I got from Xbox Live that had the 4 Gears code for getting Gears 4 and it says its been redeemed. Did someone somehow
    steal it or was there a expiration date and didn't redeem it with the others?

    i got the gears of war 4, with it another 4 redeem codes for the remastered xbox 360s Gears, had a problem with the redeem codes and i need possibly new codes

    I have 4 game codes which I bought from my friend because he got these codes from purchasing Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition. The codes are for the full versions of gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement day. I am able to redeem the Gears of war 2, judgement day
    codes but when I try redeeming gears of war 1,3 it comes up with "sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. this error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later". i am confused to why I'm able to redeem 2/4 codes.

    Seems like more people have problems redeeming Gears 1 although it's unbanned and freely available since July 2016.

    The problem is:

    Gears 2 is banned and no one in Germany got a code for Gears 2. Everyone got a code for Gears 1 but people have problems redeeming it.

    I just got informed by Xbox Support that the codes generally get handed out 7-10 days from first play date on gears 4

    I was actually sent here from the fact that I didn't receive these codes from my purchase of the 'Ultimate Edition' of Gears of War.

    Although, I do have a new issue that had has arose. I continue to get errors while trying to redeem the codes I received for the pre-order of 'Gears 4'.
