Trouble with purachased game

Hi everyone.

I have purchased the game Battlefield Bad Company 2 on my Xbox One S in microsoft store but I can not see it in my game library. it's still empty

what should i do to play my game that I've already purchased?

DLC Problem?

Well i downloaded the Chaos map pack and am trying to play it however when i attempt to play it says ;

Enter multiplayer and launch the store to purachase new game content and elite premium memberships.

I didnt see anywhere saying that i need to be an elite member to be able to play , if so this is just wrong.

I dont know if its just me having problems or anybody else but some input would be great.

Trouble with the game.

Hey there DiagonalBloom18,

Are you currently signed into the account which redeemed the codes for Assassins Creed Unity and Black Flag? Is it possible that they could have been redeemed on another account on your console?

yep. btw the problem is solved. I've just log-out and log-in and now i see it my games library. thanks for help.
