    Trouble with profile


    Hi. Yesterday my game crashed, and after that, when the game load my profile, it say "profile not valid". I tried everything, restart, reset data, re-installation... nothing!! I hope i haven't paid 80 euros for nothing!

    Sign into the account on your console, then go to settings and then select 'Account'. From there the first option is 'Windows Live ID', click this and change it to a new WLID.

    Apologies! From there tab two pages to the right and select 'Account Security', then you will see the option to 'Change the Microsoft Account' (this being the Windows Live ID).

    Hi there. What you need to do is change the Windows Live ID associated to the profile which was downloaded to your console. Once that has been changed try recovering your main account again, it should resolve the problem.
