trouble with prepaid code

i have had problems with the prepaid codes of the bonus games that brought me Gears of War 4, I try to exchange the code of the first gears of war but it has been impossible to make the exchange, then i tray with code of gears of war judgment and there was
no problem with this one, likewise i am afraid to lose the code of the first Gears because i want to enjoy the complete saga in my xbox one, at the moment of redeeming the code it tells me that i have a problem with the lenguage and the region but already
verify that i have my correct data. Then i tried to enchange it for the web page of microsoft but same way says something went wrong, maybe an error or something similar

Trouble with Groove prepaid code

I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards Points to get 3 months of Groove music and 1 month of Groove music a few months ago. I tried to redeem them today and it stated they were expired. Can I please get a refund of my points or get Xbox live instead. I know Microsoft
is sending out emails to people who redeemed for Grooves passes, but I did mine a while ago so I might not get it. Here's a case number for more reference 1401577157
