Trouble with my credit card

Hii Everybody,

First im sorry, im french and my english is bad.

I write because i cant delete my payement card. it the one of my mother and she cuts it, my abo isn't pay and my account is blocked.

How can i delete this payment`? and have gold woth prepay card ?

Credit Card Trouble

I'm having the same issue. I'm able to use my credit card on iTunes, Steam, Amazon.com etc. but Microsoft doesn't seem to think my credit card is 'valid'.

Customer Support suggested I "ring my bank" after I talked to them for 2 hours. My bank said there was nothing wrong with my card. I rang Customer Support back and their best suggestion was to "wait up to 72 hours" to see if the problem resolved itself.

I might go fly a kite in the park or something.

Credit Card Troubles

yep add another creditcard and pay off the outstanding balance

you cannot remove a creditcard while an active membership is on it

you need to call and turn off autorenewal and wait till the account is silver again

you can play the games offline but you cannot be signed into live while you are suspended

either way you still have to turn off autorenewal and pay off the balance

If you realize your credit card has expired then you will have to update your payment information, otherwise the xbox LIVE service will detect this and may issue you with a suspension when the system detects an invalid payment option. When you add the new
card to that website you also have an option there to transfer the xbox LIVE subscription to your new payment method and this will ensure that you do not receive a suspension.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

if you tried to remove the creditcard before the membership was off the active membership it would give you an error

You can't remove a card while it is attached to an active gold subscription.If your account tried to renew and is now suspended because of the card, you would need to add another card to pay the balance you owe in order to remove the other card first.

If you're not suspended, you would need to either contact support and cancel your subscription so you can remove it immediately, or wait until your current subscription ends and then remove the card. If you need further assistance, you will want to xontact
support and speak to billing.
