    Trouble with MS Rewards redemption


    Okay, it's been a while since I've used Microsoft Rewards, and I decided to use the points I have accumulated to redeem a 5$ Xbox gift card (and a 1.25$ gift card after that). But whenever I got to the screen that says "Confirm Reward" the button would turn gray when clicked, but it neither took my points or gave me the reward. I've tried several things to try to get it to work, but none have worked. Anyone got any advice?

    There are currently no offers through the Rewards program for $10 off MS Store orders. If this is an offer directly through microsoftstore.com, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Or if this is an offer from the Microsoft Rewards
    program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program. To redeem codes from them, you would go to their redemption page. For assistance with that program, you would contact their customer support via their redemption page.
