Trouble with Movie download

Hi Guys, we have gone through the process and rented a movie through our x box one s. The movie starts to download and it did start but then came up with can’t play. Please try again. If problem persists etc 0x000005b4

I have typed this code into Microsoft support error codes but nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having trouble with rented movies

I saw the thread and to me it seemed as though it wasn't actually answered. I had the same problem and the fix was to go ahead and delete the video because it was partially downloaded. Then re-download works fine now, for me at least

Hey do you have enough space on your xbox for the download? (I would assume so movies don't take that much space but just checking) Do you have any other game downloads/updates going on in the background. This has been known to cause issues when starting
games or apps. My best suggestion would be to do a hard restart of the console, turn it off, unplug it for 60 seconds, and plug it back in to the outlet, turn it back on and see if that works.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about the movie troubles. Have you tried watching these movies while connected to the internet? Also, are you playing them on the same device you originally downloaded them too?

Have you gone to the marketplace and tried redownloading the movie? When you do so, it should see that you have already purchased it, and let you download it again.

Hi there. Referring to the movie you're having trouble with - It may be a better idea to contact the xbox LIVE support line for your region and explain what is happening to them. They should be able to refresh your token to re-download
the movie.

Is the movie still available on the zune market place?

Im having the same trouble cant download a movie i paid for tried absolutly everything as prescribed and still nothing went on to chat with the automated service prob easier just jumping of a bridge tried it anyway to no avail
