trouble with migrating my Mojang account

Hi, so I have had my own Minecraft account for while and I migrated it today to a Microsoft account so I could buy a Minecraft realm. It says that I need to have my parent's permission so followed where It told me to go. Then I found that on my Microsoft account multiplayer had been disabled and to fix it in my settings so I did what you have tod other people but it won't let me fix my settings even though m the only one in my Xbox family. I don't have an Xbox. so I'm just overall confused as to why I have an account and why I can't change my settings. Sincerely, Katie

I just want to clarify, by won't let you fix your settings may I ask if you're being redirected on a support page when you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings?

thank you for responding so quickly. it is not sending me to a support page it just says as an owner of the group I cant fix the settings

I apologize for the trouble but checking with your conversation with Mojang they have confirmed that your Mojang account was migrated on a different Microsoft account, not the one that you're currently using which is why you're getting the error or issue. If you can sign in or check other possible Microsoft account we will be able to fix it.
