    Need help, Can someone explain why my headset mic sometimes works. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I have tried all possible ways. Am I doing something wrong.

    Hi, I suggest you make a Report about That, can be some trouble with compatibility between you Mic with Xbox Game Bar, so with your report you can give in report the mic model for they can fix it

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting it to work.. Have you tryed using a different Mic? Also sometimes in your settings your party Chat can be muted without you realizing it. Sounds like you could fix it using a different Mic than your Camera
    Mic. Try Party chat, and using a Headset to see if it's a Hardware issue first.

    Ever since I went and bought a headset adapter I've had no trouble with mic or headset so it may be the 3.5mm socket that's causing you problems.
