Firstly, please note that Fortnite accounts are managed by Epic Games, not Microsoft. We do not have tool to check if your account was linked to a specific service of a game. However, we find this article that may help you check where you can find the linked account on the Epic Games. One thing here is that you need to sign in to the account. Though they have policy with unlinking an account, it is best to contact the Epic Games support about that. If you changed your gamertag lately it could take up to 24hrs to get everything back to normal.If problems still persist after this period you should contact support.Epic games account related issues ....i would contact them

I have to try, I disconnected the account only yesterday.

Have you tried removing the profile and then reloading it? You could also try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
