    I was away from home for a few days and didn't play the MC games. When I returned, I started to play them and thought, Wow, they fixed the problems. Well......joke on me, they are not fixed. I suggested earlier that you find a 14year old boy and let

    Hey there Adastrea.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with Microsoft Jigsaw. The first step you'll want to try is uninstalling the game from your PC and then redownload it. You can uninstall the game by selecting the start menu and typing in uninstall from the menu.
    From there select Microsoft Jigsaw and uninstall the game.

    Sorry to hear about the app troubles with Microsoft Jigsaw. If you haven't already try, please uninstall the game, restart your PC, and then reinstall to see if that helps.
