Trouble with GTA 4?

We need to make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed remove and re-add your account.

" REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. As you can see by this link https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/ GTA 5 is not on the BC list. It's GTA 4 that is compatible.

Well it works but still.... F#!K Microsoft for the trouble! But it was nice talking to you guys add me if you want. I play like bf3 and gta 4 and stuff..

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with GTA IV clips! When you record other games, do you have trouble with audio? Or is it only with GTA IV?
