    Trouble with Gears of War 3 on cloud gaming


    My friend and I are both having issues with Gears of War 3 on cloud gaming. For myself, my save data is almost entirely deleted every time I launch the game. For my friend, he is having troubles signing in to xbox live. He is signed in on the gamepass app on his pc, but he will either be unable to sign in via the 360 menu in game, or he will be signed in but offline. Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated

    For Your Save Data Issue.

    Please check Cloud Save Settings. Make sure that cloud saves are enabled for Gears of War 3. Go to the game settings and verify that cloud saves are turned on.

    And then manual backup. As a precaution, you can manually back up your save data to a USB drive or cloud storage.

    And regartdi your Friend's Sign-In Issue.

    Kindly clear cache and cookies: Have your friend clear the cache and cookies in their browser or the Xbox app.

    And then check Internet Connection. Please make sure that your friend has a stable internet connection.

    Next is to sign Out and Back In to refresh the profile itself.

    Most importantly, make sure the Xbox app and the system software are up to date.

    And if your friend has two-factor authentication enabled, try disabling it temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.

    Apologies for the delayed reply! On your Xbox 360 console, do you still have the Gears of War 3 beta save file when you check your save files? If so, try

    syncing that save to the cloud     and launch Gears of War 3 on your Xbox One console to check if the skins appear. Be sure to check Gears of War 3's 'Manage game' screen to see if any additional content appears in 'Ready to install'.

    If you do not have the Gears of War 3 beta save on your Xbox 360, unfortunately the skins will not work on the Xbox One. We are unable to provide this content if this is the case.
