    Trouble with gamesharing on new XSX


    So I would gameshare with a friend on my One X and when I got my XSX I logged in on his account and did the same process setting it as my home Xbox, it said there were 4 switches remaining.

    Then when my friend got back on it said he had to set his home Xbox again so he did with his own account but now I can't play his games and it says there are only 2 switches left.

    Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to unlink my One X first? Should he have logged into my account to set his home Xbox? I'm afraid to try again because if it doesn't work and my friend needs to set it again that will be his last two switches.

    Trouble with gamesharing on new XSX

    The Home setting is only meant to be used on your own console to share in your own home. Sharing account information to use the Home setting to gameshare violates the code of conduct/terms of service and puts you and your friend at risk for being banned.
