I was not properly credited for deluxe version of a game I purchased. The game was Life is Strange: Before the Storm. I spoke to one of your virtual asisstants and they directed to me this forum. My reference number for the complaint is 1429723803.

Games with Gold purchase trouble on Xbox.com site.

Well when I go to download Xbox One games from the Xbox store the game and everything loads up fine but the button to confirm purchase is nowhere to be found and also I can't seem to get the free 360 games at all unless I go to the desktop site and then
it wants me to add a credit card...for a free game,and yes I do have gold at the moment and I even checked if the site recognizes this fact.

Yes, I have cleared the system cache and I have deleted the incomplete file in the hard disk and I still have the problem when downloading the game.

Well first you just made mince meat out of your wallet

Second using a prepaid visa is like Russian roulette without money the fees are insane unless you use certain cards that are no little fees

You need to register billing info and turn on online transactions and reoccuring purchases on the vendors website

Cross your fingers and hope those checks are returnable

(Not always and if you aren't in the U.S. you als incure foreign transaction charges (Yes that's a thing with prepaid visas )

Prepaid visas are the worst for online gaming services not only do you pay a lot of hidden fees you also have less then 50/50 chance of working

Even worse you can't use it for prepaid currency without buying other items in a physical store

Hi!

I have deleted the game content, cleared the system cache and then I downloaded again the game from the download history of my profile. I have repeated several times the process and always get the same error at 80% of the download process of the game. Also,
I have checked if there is any trouble with my internet connection, my bandwidth or my hardware (modem, connections, etc) and everything looks fine.
