Trouble with Game add on purchased from Microsoft Store

Purchased game add on from Microsoft store for 25 bars of gold for RDR2. Redeemed the code on the XboxOne Console and i have received nothing. Then when i tried to enter the code again, it advised me that I have ALREADY REDEEMED THE CODE. Called customer
support and have restarted my console so many times that its unbelieveable. I still have not received my 25 bars of gold??

Isn't there an error with the gold bars where if you have some you cant get extra??? Sure I sure that posted somewhere in last few days. Sorry it's not a game I play but pretty sure its known error

When did you buy the content? Have you tried quitting the game and powercycling the console?

have you checked account history to ensure the purchase went through?

I know you said you restarted...have you actually unplugged console for 5 mins then restart again. Have you looked under purchases on your Microsoft account to see if it shows the items?

You will have to purchase in game currency, (using a Microsoft card will not work as it will only add funds to use in the Microsoft store), I suggest a debit card/ gift card and purchase directly from in the game store.
