Trouble with EA ACCESS

Hi I've been having trouble with downloading a years subscription of EA ACCESS. I just returned home and redeemed my Xbox Live £20 card and went to purchase EA ACCESS but I'm not allowed to? I can only use my credit card (which I have no money for now I
put it on as Xbox credit.)

Was wondering if I can purchase this with my Xbox credit, because I can't with my credit card basically. Please help! I really want to play BF4!

EA Access for Xbox One. As stated on the article, to manage your EA Account and connected Xbox accounts, sign in on

Origin to see your Account settings.

Having troubles with EA Access

I recently used a pre-paid card for EA Access, however when i start the app it shows me a welcome video and after i skip that it prompts me to sign up for it. Both my xbox and my Microsoft billings page show me having access until 4/16/2017.

Just out of curiosity i went to the store page for a EA title Mass Effect Andromeda and clicked the 10% off with EA Access deal and it brings me to the sign up page in the store again.

For some reason its not recognizing my subscription.

Wasn't sure where to put this post so i put it here.

Sorry, but it's not possible to purchase an EA Access subscription with Xbox currency. At this time it can only be purchased via credit card or Paypal. They will sell subscription cards in the future.

Let's have you try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle by holding the power button down for 8-10 seconds, and then add your profile back. If you're still having troubles with EA Access after that, let's get you in contact with
Phone/Chat support for assistance. Let us know how it goes

Thanks for the response, but I did this and it still doesn't work. Now the app crashes after sitting on the "Connecting to EA Servers" screen for about 15 seconds. I also tried uninstalling the app again and power cycling the console. I did get a "Microsoft
Services aren't available at this time" message the first time i loaded the app after reinstalling it after it sat on the connecting message for about 30 seconds, then it immediately crashed.
