Trouble with EA Access Hub app

I have the EA Access subscription, however when accessing the EA Access Hub app it tells me i have to sign up for it. I know my yearly subscription renewed at the beginning of the month, my Microsoft account subscriptions page says i am good until Sept
of 2017. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still says i have to sign up for it. Any suggestions?

I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

Let's start out with you
removing your Xbox Live Profile, power cycle your Xbox One (hold down power button 8-10 seconds, until Xbox One powers off), and then add your profile back. Let us know if you're still having trouble with EA Access after that.

 

Thanks for the response, but I did this and it still doesn't work. Now the app crashes after sitting on the "Connecting to EA Servers" screen for about 15 seconds. I also tried uninstalling the app again and power cycling the console. I did get a "Microsoft
Services aren't available at this time" message the first time i loaded the app after reinstalling it after it sat on the connecting message for about 30 seconds, then it immediately crashed.

That's odd that you're still experiencing this trouble. How is your console currently connected to Xbox Live? Let's have you try resetting your network by unplugging your network hardware for 30 seconds and then reconnecting. Keep us in the loop if there's
been any change.
