Trouble with Dead Rising 3 (PLEASE HELP)

I bought my Xbox One with Dead Rising 3 a couple of days ago. Started playing Dead Rising 3 with no issues. Today I go to continue my game and the game freezes and unfreezes about every 30 seconds or so. I have restarted the console, no change. I checked
the disc for scratches, no nothing on the disc, no change. I waited 5 minutes thinking the system was loading something in the background, no change. Can some one give me any reason this is happening?

I had to wait 1.5 weeks for someone named Nicole to fix the issue. I ended up getting 3mth gold code & dead rising 3 code for free for the problem. the 3 mth code was for my troubles & the dead rising 3 code was because they wanted to see if it would
let me download a game with a code.

Do you use instant on? Try quitting Dead Rising 3 (on the home screen select DR3 and press the start button, and the select quit) and restarting it.

By restarting the console, were you doing a hard reset? This requires you to hold the power button for a couple of seconds until a "click" sounds. After that, the Xbox will power down and the power brick will turn to an amber color, meaning it is completely
off.

The game is installed on your console, the disc is just used for verification, so scratches on the disk will not affect the game.

Reasoning wise.... I don't think anyone really has an answer. It is a complicated system and there are some weird quirks with it right now that will hopefully be sorted out in the future.
