Trouble with Child's Account

We have our children a child's account to play on the Xbox. They have used them about a week ago, but when trying to log in today it shows the following message.

"There's a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in."

I have gone to the site and I dont see anything to fix. I am looking for help to allow my kids to get back on their account and stop using the parent account.

Hey, Have you logged into the emails assigned to each child's account? Also, log in to your own to see if you have any messages, it could be due to a family setting or account issue,

Check out the Xbox Family settings app on mobile I believe it is in beta but it is is really helpful for checking settings for your child's accounts.

I am , Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. Most of the time this error is given because some info is not updated in MS account. Generally, this is Date of Birth. Can you login to your MS account and check this for all?

I checked the time and time limits. They were inside both of them.

There is no number listed on the error screen.

Also can you state the error number that appears on that error shown above please?, it might help get to the bottom of it.
