    Trouble with Billing Region (State/Province)


    Would like some help updating my billing region.

    I originally set up my Live account in the US region, but now live in Canada. I am trying to purchase a DLC expansion pack but when I try to pay, the billing address is stuck to the US country and therefore can not pick a Canadian province.

    Same as Frothy. I've looked at the older threads with no success (region at bottom left is now Canada, XBox One thinks I'm in Canada, Microsoft account thinks I'm in Canada, ...) but the system still only provides States in the billing info where I need
    to match to provinces for the credit card. Been at this for a few hours now. I've never had some much trouble giving anybody money.

    Trouble with Billing Region (State/Province)

    You need to migrate your account to the canadian region to use a canadian billing option

    You can find it here
    live.xbox.com/AccountMigration

    Or your account settings under other and change your région

    Hey there, I would suggest updating all your details by singing-in at the following link:
    commerce.microsoft.com

    Also double check in the top right hand corner that your currency is in AU and not US as this would be a quick tell if you're set to the correct region or not. If it's in US you may have to migrate the region of you r account.
