Trouble viewing Xbox profile through mobile devices

I keep jump to https://beta.support.xbox.com/ every time i try to access on xbox.com - xbox tag- my xbox. Every link under just keep jumping to the same web i linked up there.
I tried the same action in my ipad and my phone, its the same no working. Its unplesent

Could you tell me what exactly appears when you start the xbox app from mobile phones?

Try to clear your browser cache. You can also log into xbox.com using
https://account.xbox.com. Let us know if the issue persists.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues using the remote play feature of your Xbox. As part of our isolation, try it first inside your home Wi-Fi and see if you will be able to connect.

First, please make sure that the following settings are configured.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.

Select the Enable remote features checkbox.

Under Power options, select Sleep.

Important: If your console power mode isn't set to Sleep, remote play won't work.

Once configured, here are the steps to access it through your mobile or PC.

On a mobile device:

Open the Xbox mobile app.

Select the My Library icon and select Consoles.

Select the console you want to connect to and then press Remote play on this device.

On a Windows device:

Open the Xbox app for PC.

Click on your profile picture and select View profile.

Under Where I play, select the Add a console option and follow the steps shown.

Unfortunately the Xbox mobile app is very slow and often has issues. Have you tried restarting your phone or waiting for an hour or so to see if the problem goes away? Also are you having trouble sending and viewing messages on console as well or just
mobile?

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble sending back your controller.

Try this option to see if it resolves your issue, since you said it crashed on you at checkout.

Open a private browser
Go to account.microsoft.com/devices and sign in
Choose your controller, follow the steps all the way through.

Alternatively, you can go through the same steps on your mobile device.

Let me know if it goes through.
