    Trouble Unenrolling from Preview Beta


    Hello everyone,

    I recently dug out my old Xbox One and it appears that I used a different email address or gamertag to enroll the console into the preview program. Now I am trying to unenroll as my system is being very sluggish and I think it may have something to do with the preview. I tried to reset to factory defaults using both methods (keep games, etc and erase everything) to no avail. When I try to unenroll it tells me to log in with my account that was used to enroll, which I no longer have access to. Do I have any options here besides leaving it as it is?

    And i opted out cuz i was mad that beta update fked the OS with lot of bugs but still i shoulda have stayed in the program to give microsoft the opportunity to fix bugs

    Why not contact the beta forum that is out for it, if there is one? I would suggest calling support, but I doubt they'd even know there's a beta going on right now.
