trouble trying to recover my account

Microsoft support and xbox support tried to recover my account but nothing actually worked and I am really mad at microsoft. Not only did I not add all the information I could use, i have added the old security information to the form that were associated with my account, billing information, credit card last digits, name and expiry date, they needed just the ACSR contact email for 2FA accounts. All they needed was just a console id which is so pointless because most xbox users are pc users.

Well I have the microsoft account email which was changed but I have gotten it using windows hello. xbox account is CDScripterYT, account activity saying I have been playing mc only and i got hacked in july 2022 which is way back before I found out about microsoft support. That day (july 27th 2022) I tried ACSR and it worked and I reset my password, I got to remove all my personal info such as billing and saved cards. Next day the password was changed and I tried ACSR 2 times and I got rejected for some reason, and I was panicking all day and I decided to let the account go and the hackers email was something like *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

all they did was just suspend the account, which is alright so the hacker wont get to play, but now the account is gone now and I am so stressed since I have paid 86€ (for minecraft bedrock, java and mvp+). so right after that I got some updates from the account in october 2022 the account owner who had my account actually found my discord since it was linked and messaged me. Well he told me he was staff in a minecraft server and banned the hacker but after that I started to focus on other things.

then august 2023 (not 2022) hit me. I discovered windows hello and found my old hacked microsoft new email address, which matched with the account buyers name. I tried ACSR and got rejected, but I put the old billing information the next time and it gave me a different response, I thought I was able to recover the account but it had 2FA. I gave up hope and I found a lot of information about him (full name, age and location). Turns out the hacker sold the account, he didn't ban him because he was the guy who had my account. I couldn't do anything that day. 5 months later I discovered microsoft support so I got into it and got with a person and guided through the steps for recovering my xbox account I was so confident i would get my account back. Tried 7 times and still got the same response from CDOC case management.
