    Trouble to acumulate points.


    hey guys.

    I'm having trouble accumulating points in the reward program.

    Maybe it's because I changed my American account for a Brazilian, and now I can not receive the points.

    to be honest i never recieve any points, only for answer inquiry.

    Can I still use my live on Xbox 360

    I'm having trouble connecting to live with Xbox 360. I have no trouble with live on Xbox One. Are they discontinuing live 360 at some point?

    Well have you reached 100 MS points yet? I'm pretty sure that they'll only deposit on your account if you have acumulated more then 100 points. The official support for rewards issues is

    located here    . If you feel that you should have gotten those points already you can post in those forums and they'll be able to figure out what's going on with your account.
