    I cannot log into my xbox app on my HP Pavillion Laptop. I click the log in prompt and the screen goes white without any writing on it.

    Hi there!

    When was the last time you were able to login to the Xbox app?

    First, make sure that your Windows is up-to-date and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.
    Check for Windows updates - https://support.microsoft.com/windows/update-wi...
    Get updates from Microsoft Store - https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/g...

    Then reinstall your Microsoft Edge browser. Go to PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find Microsoft Edge then uninstall it. Restart your PC before installing it back.

    The HDMI connection on an HP Pavillion laptop is an output only. You can't connect an Xbox console it. Sorry.
