Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Im having a similar issue on ios where it loads up the application, however when i go to sign in it loads for a bit and then tells me pretty much the exact dame thing its telling you.

Allo! That error code generally points to a Windows 10 update error. Can you make sure your PC is fully updated?

If you search Windows 10 for Windows Update, the very first app that appears should let you check for any available updates. If there are any pending updates showing with that, let's run through those and then try signing in again. Let us know if that helps!

I was having the same problem on the Xbox Windows 10 app till I did what Zepp XO said to do, although I had trouble finding out where to sign out on it. The way to sign out on the Xbox Windows 10 app is you go to settings in the app and right below where
it says "General" and "Game DVR" you will see your account, click on your Account/ E-mail and below it, it will say sign out, click it then sign back in and it was fixed. For me.
