Trouble setting up sign in account

To check, did you set up your child's account on an Xbox console or did you set it up here on the website? Do you have any trouble signing in here on Xbox.com with your child's account? Let us know so we can best help out

As long as you are signed into the account that bought it, you should have no trouble. If you're not, that account would need to set the new console as its Home console.

Try this:

> Go to 'Settings' and scroll right until you see 'Remove accounts'.

> Remove the account which you're having trouble signing in with, then shut down the console for a minute.

> Turn it back on and add the account back. You'll have to set up kinect sign-in again, but that should recover your profile.

What happened is your profile somehow became corrupted. Usually this happens when the console is turned off during saving/loading.
