Trouble sending messages

    I am new to xbox and haven't been able to send messages to other players, including friends. Any reason for this?

    Hey there Brody,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. If you did not receive any notifications stating that you have been suspended then you should be fine. Of course you can always confirm by going over to the
    Enforcement Website
    and logging into your account.

    If you have not been suspended I would suggest some basic troubleshooting. Go ahead and try to

    Physically Power Cycle     your Xbox One console. If this does not work you can also try to

    Remove and then Add     your account on the console. Sometimes Resyncing your data can fix the problem.

    Hi there, what happens when you try to send messages? Are you seeing any particular error messages? Also, what Xbox platform(s) are you having trouble sending messages on?
