Trouble repairing joystick

Hi, I have two problems with a controller or the Jack plug

no longer works ... and another controller that does not turn on anymore, I would like to make my my xbox X warranty work, which is guaranteed until 2020. When I make the steps to get my hardware repaired the support Tell me, "Sorry,
the accessory or device you requested is not available, please contact Microsoft Support Services for assistance."

So I will like contact support but I find no way to do that through the community. In addition the first controller was provided with the xbox it should be guaranteed too.

Controllers have a limited 90 day warranty. So if its still under the time frame you may be able to have it serviced.

My controller isn't under warranty. Is there a way to repair the joystick without requesting a repair? Like should I buy new joysticks and open my controller, or anything else?
