Trouble Reinstalling a Game

Ah well, I appreciate the help and it would be helpful I am actually trying to install the game through console and it isn't working.

I probably should've specified in my post, my apologies.

Please try this steps
Open Start, type: powershell
Right click PowerShell
Click Run as administrator

At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Exit Powershell then restart.

After this Install the Xbox app again and follow this steps:

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

Reboot PC

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

Clear and reset Store cache in Windows:

Step 1: Close Windows Store app if it’s running.
Step 2: In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.
Step 3: Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option.
Step 4: restart Pc and Modem/router

then

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device and try to install the game again

Are you using an external storage?

If that's the case please unplug it and install on the internal

Also follow this steps to delete all game saves on the console, not the cloud ones, then uninstall the entire game and then, try again the restore process

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button  on your controller, select Manage game and add-ons, select the game box in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This will show a list of items including the base game and any available add-ons or game features. Select the checkbox for each item you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.

Alright well, unfortunately it didn't work only went up by .1% and then stopped again.

I don't think I'll be using the other reset option though as it is only one game and I haven't had any other problems with any other games, just that one.
