i purchased a £15 gift card tonight from tesco. Card number FM6YN 98DR6 9793D FJ427 46W2H. I keep being told that the voucher has already been redeemed but it hasn't been by me?

Redeeming voucher codes

trying to redeem voucher codes for the kids new x box they’ve been bought lots of games as voucher and want to play them. When following instructions it’s coming up with server issues what’s the problem I’m new to all this cheers.

Redeeming a voucher/new to xbox1

I believe you can hit the "View" button on the controller when highlighting your game on the dashboard and it will show you what add-ons that you have for the game.

For instance, if you're playing FIFA, and hit the "Home" button to go back to the dashboard, when your cursor is still on the game, press the "View" button (to the left of the "Home" button on your controller, looks like two squares intersecting) and you
should see the game's installed add-ons.

There's also a page on Xbox's support that details another method for viewing your content, and also mentions how to download it again, if necessary.

I think you should get a voucher with code. Then go to redeem code on your xbox and type in code that you found on voucher.

If you received a voucher via an event or offer you would need to contact those that issued the voucher for more info.

It would be best as well to double check the voucher for any extra info on how to redeem it.
