Trouble Redeeming MCC Code for Xbox One

So a while ago I bought an Xbox One... being a major Halo fan I bought the MCC Xbox. At the time my Xbox was having trouble recognizing my usual account and could not log in to it. So I created a new account and downloaded the game on there. As usual time
passed again, and I got my old account to work. So now I tried redeeming the code again and it wont work. Help?

Halo 3 ODST

Hi,

I had trouble redeeming my ODST code for MCC. When I came back a few days later the code was gone. I have now been back into the halo campaigns and would like to recover my code. I have been playing MCC since the first month it came out.

Sorry you're having trouble redeeming a code. Can you try redeeming it here on Xbox.com rather than through your Xbox One to see if there's any change?

Codes are one time use only. Since you already redeemed the code on another account, you would either have to purchase it again for the account you want to use, keep using the other account, or set your console as your Home console on the other account so
you can share the game between the two accounts.

You would get a msg from ms with the. Code over xbox live and you redeem the code znd then download the game then update mcc

I have only redeemed one Survival Bundle, and that was for Xbox. The other code was for 1 month of Fallout 1st, also for Xbox, and that is the one I have trouble with redeeming. I have never subscribed or bought Fallout 1st Membership before.
