    I managed to get more information:

    Seems like more people have problems redeeming Gears 1 although it's unbanned and freely available since July 2016.

    The problem is:

    Gears 2 is banned and no one in Germany got a code for Gears 2. Everyone got a code for Gears 1 but people have problems redeeming it.

    Seems like more people have problems redeeming Gears 1 although it's unbanned and freely available since July 2016.

    Gears 2 is banned and no one in Germany got a code for Gears 2. Everyone got a code for Gears 1 but people have problems redeeming it.

    Trouble redeeming Gears 1 and 3In Slovenia

    Those games are region locked. In order to download them, you have to live in a region where they are available. Since Slovenia is not a supported country, the games are not available for download there. There is no way around region locking.

    Those games are region locked. In order to download them, you have to live in a region where they are available. Since Slovenia is not a supported country, the games are not available for download there. There is no way around region locking.

    I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.
