    Trouble redeeming free game that comes with new xb1


    I am trying to redeem the free game that comes with a brand new xbox one. I went to the website on my mobile device and got to the screen where you actually select the game you wish to redeem. I select the game and then click submit and all that happens
    is the page reloads just to tell me to select the game i wish to redeem all over again. this has happened probably over thirty times now. I am getting tired of this. What should I do? I tried to get on my pc to redeem the game but it says that I have already
    used that code so I am stuck on this page with no way to move on to the next step of the redemption process. What to do?????

    xinlongw i have also been having trouble with redeeming a code for this much gold. if you could state what game and if it is for xb1 or 360, and also if your gold is working now,that would be appriciated.

    I've just followed the special offer menus from my XB1 dashboard and renewed my Game Pass, but there's no sign of the free Forza games that were supposed to come with it.

    How do I get the Forza games that were supposed to be come with the renewal?

    ps in terms of games shown at e3 XB1 edged it for me ... but i dont get alot of exculsives come to think of it ... but will eventually buy an XB1 for alan wake 2 ! and a new pgr game :)
