Trouble Redeeming Elite Controller Warranty

Hello all,

I am having trouble figuring out how to redeem my warranty for my Elite Series 2 controller. I bought it in February of this year, and the warranty was 1 year, so I know I can still redeem the warranty. Both bumpers on my controller have stopped working
so I want a replacement or for Microsoft just to fix my bumpers.

Everytime I go to redeem my warranty on their website, I get stuck in a loop. My controller is registered to my account. I click “start service online”, then category “device” then “bumper issue” it then tells me “we cannot continue this order”. It gives
me a link to Xbox customer support, so I go there and click “contact us”. I say Im having trouble with “hardware and network” then choose “warranty, service, and repair”. I then choose which device im having trouble on and I say PC, but I also have trouble
on my Xbox with the controller. It then says “chat and phone call are not available for this order. I also tried at this step to say “I am having trouble with my controller” instead of “warranty service and repair”, and it tells me the same exact thing. No
matter what I try I cannot get in contact with Microsoft as it always tells me I cannot talk to a person or chat with a person for my order. I even tried calling Microsoft directly but they ALSO told me to just go to their website and start an order. I have
spent way too many hours trying to figure this out, reading forums and such and I have made no progress. Can anyone help me out here? At this point I feel like Microsoft is purposely doing everything they can to make sure Elite cotroller owners dont get their
replacement because they know how awful the controller durability is..... PLEASE someone help
