    so ive entered the code i got for xbox gamepass ultimate 2 months and then it asks me to confirm if i want it. when i press confirm it doesnt do anything but freezes. i can get out of Microsoft Store but i cant get the gamepass.

    Please be sure not to post codes on the forums, as anyone can see and redeem them. If you're having trouble redeeming the codes make sure the region of your account is set to the correct region of your physical locale. Cross-region accounts aren't supported
    and can cause trouble with redeeming codes.
