Trouble redeeming 400 pt Microsoft Points received from Bing Rewards

I have 4 codes that I received from Bing Rewards. They are all 400 Microsoft Points value.

I entered into chat support and the four codes were confirmed as active and valid.

The chat support person, informed me that he was going to create ticket and recommended that I post here as well to best resolve this issue.

I hope this will be resolved soon.

What's a better deal?

I use Bing Rewards, and I feel pretty stupid... but what would be a better deal?

100 Microsoft Points for 120 Bing Reward credits?

or:

400 Microsoft Points for 475 Bing Reward Credits?

I just redeemed 400 microsoft points from Bing Rewards and was only credited with $3.00 USD. That sucks.

After redeeming your points from Bing Rewards, an email should be sent to the email address you have registered with Bing containing a code and instructions on how to receive the Microsoft Points.

This might be off topic but you can earn Microsoft points free through the Bing rewards program, (Bing is a part of Microsoft so it's legit) it's easy you can just set it to your default search and you will be earning points just for searching, you can redeem
your points for 100 Microsoft point cards 400 Microsoft point cards, and a lot more rewards.

While it's not instantly, Bing Rewards offers MS Points as a Bing Rewards points option. 125 Bing Rewards points for 100 MS points, 500 Bing Rewards points for 400 MS points, though the Bing Rewards "cost" goes down as you collect more Bing Rewards points.
