Trouble recovering account

Need help recovering my account. When I fill out the form, it says I haven’t entered enough information to recover but that’s all the information I can give. Is there anything else I can do or someone I can talk to directly about this. This has been going
on for many days and not being able to get in direct contact with someone is very frustrating especially when I have purchases with that account and would be even more frustrating to lose all of it.

as far as I know it shoulnd't be necessary that the primary account needs to be on that new console.

can you check if her profile is already present in the storage section? If it is, please delete it.

after that try cleariing the console cache, restarting the console and try to download her profile again:

The service alert thing says that people will have trouble creating and recovering accounts. Not sure when it will be fixed though

If the console is froze try to reset the console and then delete your friends profile ( make sure to delete profile only) then try clearing system cache. If you are not sure how to do that see the link below. Then try to download your friends profile again.
