Trouble purchasing Xbox One games on Spring Sale.

Receiving following message "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out. Contact us at Microsoft support " ANY IDEA what might be the issue? Tried already updating payment method, reseting and signing out. Nothing
works.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're experiencing with trying to make a Spring sale purchase.

Have you tried opening up a new / different browser, and making the purchase from there?

If you continue to have issues, I would suggest contacting Xbox Customer support so that they can look into your billing account

and make sure everything is okay.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

This might a problem with the Bank's access to Microsoft payment gateway.

Ask fellow gamers in your region about banks with access to Microsoft transaction.

Have you tried using a different account on your Xbox to see if the payment method works that way? Also, have you tried buying the game through Xbox.com?

SSFAE itself is not a part of the spring sale. There are add-ons for the game that are available in the sale. It sounds like you purchased one of the add-ons. Those do not show in My Games since they are not full games.

It was still listed in the description when purchasing the game during the Spring Sale. Is this not false advertising?
