Trouble Purchasing Content!

Hello!

First I would like to say that this is my first real problem with Xbox after 8+ years of enjoyable service and hopefully I can find a solution to my problem very shortly.

I have recently been purchasing games and other content on my Xbox One. Just last week I purchased a DLC for Fallout 4 and earlier this week I purchased Forza Horizon 2 (Gold Sales Rock!) But right after I purchased Forza Horizon 2, I went to buy Dark Souls
III. But sadly, the transaction did not go the way I had planned. I was greeted with a screen that told me to use a different payment method and that they could not get authorization to make the transaction.

I tried again a few times but the same screen continued to pop up. I shrugged this off. I thought to myself " Well I did just make a good sized purchase. Maybe it needs time to process."

So I gave it a few days. I went on with my life like normal. I used my Debit card on multiple different occasions without a problem.

Today I came home and decided to buy a new game. I check my card balance, making sure I had plenty of money, and proceeded to look for a game to buy. I decided to buy The Park, A good looking horror game that I've been looking at. Well, when I went to purchase
the game, I was greeted with the same screen asking me to use a different payment method! I knew this had to be a mistake.

The only thing I could think to do was to remove my card and put it back on. But this did nothing. So then I try to google some trouble shooting ideas, but know one seems to be having the same problem as I am.

The only solution that I have found is to go and buy prepaid cards, and I really don't want to do that. It seems like an incredible inconvenience.

Any information on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Haveing trouble purchasing content

Unable to purchas content and both xbox 360 or computer. Computer says your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. And xbox status code: 80153411

Onxy is correct here. The Content page is for the content itself. If you would like to purchase it, you would need to purchase the Deluxe Edition for the game; you will gain access to the content after that.
