Trouble purchasing a complement

Yeah, I tried that, the problem is that when I wanted to contacttechnical support as it said in the error message, it says that
"Chats and phone calls are not available for this problem.", so idk what else to do, the solution they gave me doesnt even work for this problem. Its ridiculous.

As i said in my last reply, its probably a problem with the xbox servers at the moment, sometimes i get this problem and there seem to be no fix for it on the day, then i try again the next day and it works, sorry i cant give an answer that’ll fix your
problem right away but thats worked for me before. It could also be the volume of people trying to buy stuff from the store at the moment, as that sometimes slows down the servers and makes it difficult to buy anything.

Yes Daft Badger, i already linked the accounts, but in the game complements doesn't show, only in the purchases menu, i don't know why it doesn't download
