    Trouble processing payment and we'd like to get it sorted out


    Trying to buy apex coins for apex legends. Im using my debit card which still has the funds needed for the purchase and it gives me that error. Help?

    Recently i did drop a lot of money on apex in celebration to me returning to the game so it could be a precaution. But i'll try those fixes

    Try logging into account.microsoft.com and check your payment methods on there. Remove and re-add your card to see if it fixes the issue. If you must, use a different payment method or add a new payment method.
