Trouble opening games on xbox one

I downloaded a game on my xbox one but evrey time I try to open it nothing happens ive tryed reinstall ing it but it still doesn't work any ideas

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game! If you haven't tried already please try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off). Once you turn it back on try opening just
the game.

Problem with opening pages

I'm having trouble opening pages on my Xbox one. When I try to open pages like the store page it said that something like" try again, the page couldn't load" it gave me a code to type in xbox support but that it said that that code didn't exist. Is anyone
else having these troubles?

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it restarts. That should solve your issue.

I'm having this same issue. Open in the Xbox One settings, but moderate in the game. Having trouble joining friends lobbies too... Also tried port forwarding, nothing.

if it troubles you buy the xbox one then open it up in store dump the kinect on the desk then leave, now you've got your arcade edition.

Sorry to hear it. Please first check your settings to make sure there are no pending updates for the PC. If there is one then update it and then check to see if the game launches. If you still have trouble with it then delete the game and open the Xbox
Store App and check your downloads to download it from there.
