    Trouble navigating to repair requests


    Hello,

    I was just curious if anyone is having difficulties, or have had difficulties, in the Microsoft account | Devices aspect when you are trying to have an item replaced due to it not functioning properly. Currently I cannot get to the "Payment and Review" aspect
    of the process. The webpage just refreshes and sends me back to the beginning.

    The controller is experience a left thumbstick drift.

    I think the exchange is a refurbished console. You get that console while they fix yours. But I'm not 100% sure how that works.

    The headsets have been having some trouble. Best bet is to so on the support website under the repair page and request a replacement headset. Mine wasn't working either so I requested a new one and I received it in about a week.
