Trouble Logging Into My Account

This all suddenly happen when I was changing my gamertag.

Because since I was bored of my old gamertag, I wanted to change it. Then when I purchase the $10 for the change it said "Something Went Wrong. Try Your Gamertag Again."

So then I restarted my Xbox One to see if that'll fix it, then unfortunately it wouldn't sign me in.

I tried to sign in on the Xbox site and it won't work either. I don't know what happened. ):

Nevermind, I fixed it. But the error code was 0x87DD0033.

I was still able to sign into my account from the Microsoft Site and I changed the password, which it worked and it let me sign in again.

To find MAXPUMPER you may need to contact XBL support as only they can find the Microsoft Account (the email address formerly known as the Windows Live ID). The quickest way is to go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:6:3
and click on Request a Call - that is, if you're in the
US. If you're from another country, substitute its country code for the uppercase
US, i.e., GB for the UK,
AU for Australia, CA for Canada,
NZ for New Zealand and
ZA vier Suid-Afrika.
